For over 20 years Creartive principals, Pam and John Smiles, have made a study and a practice of applying the art of visual communication to marketing and business.

Through research and experience they have acquired a sophisticated understanding of today's markets and visual media.

John Smiles directs the marketing and administration functions. His practical background in large national companies has been in the interrelated areas of sales, marketing and administration.

Pam Smiles is senior designer and art director. Her prior practical experience in retailing, public relations and Government is underpinned by her formal qualifications (Degree in Art, Assoc, Dip. Graphic Design and Fellowship Dip. Graphic Design).

Simba (deceased) was the company cat for many years. He was a well known and loved member of the team and still appears on our corporate stationery.
